Just thaw, shape, and fry for golden, airy fritters with authentic flavor.

1. Remove dough from the package and let it thaw completely.

2. Knead gently until smooth.

3. Divide into 20g portions and roll into small balls.

4. Heat oil in a deep pot to medium temperature (280–300°F).

5. Carefully place a few buñuelos at a time, leaving space so they can float and spin.

6. Fry until golden brown.

7. Remove and drain on paper towels.

8. Let cool slightly… then enjoy!
